Nearly 400 people participated in Developmental Disabilities Day at the Legislature on February 11, 2011. 

Even with the threat of snow, nearly 350 people participated in Developmental Disabilities Day at the Legislature. People with disabilities, family members, service providers, and advocates were joined by legislators and state officials. 

Town Hall Meetings about the Developmental Disabilities Waiting List Crises and Underfunding of Community Programs were held throughout Maryland.  2750 people attended, see below for pictures of each meeting.

End The Wait Now! Campaign members joined about 200 other advocates at a rally at the State capitol on August 19, 2009.

In September 2008, 12 people gathered at one Waiting List family’s home in Bowie Maryland for a “Letter Writing Party.”
